Challenging routes are marked on Pro Maps in purple, which often include climbing sections, exposed areas, falling hazards, unclear paths, and lack of signage.

In situations where external conditions (poor weather, low visibility, etc.) or personal abilities may be insufficient, the marking of challenging routes allows you to make informed route choices, avoiding accidentally entering higher difficulty trails and minimizing unexpected risks.

Have Qestions about Pro Maps? We Have Answers.

You can try Pro for free for 7 days in the app. During free trial, you have access to all Pro features, including downloading Pro Maps. Each Apple ID / Google ID account has a free trial limit of one time.

Free members can download up to two basic maps. After your account reverts from Pro to regular membership, any basic maps exceeding the download limit and Pro maps already downloaded will be temporarily retained for 3 days. Please choose the basic maps you want to keep within this 3-day period.

You can navigate to the "Maps" tab on the app, open the right-side menu and choose "Manage Offline Maps". On the Downloadable tab, directly search for the country of the map you wish to download.

We regularly update map data and continuously optimize the map interface and performance, ensuring you have accurate, clear maps and a smooth user experience.

Mountain trails and outdoor paths are susceptible to weather and external changes. If you notice discrepancies between the map and the actual location, please report them our customer support. We will promptly verify and address the issue. Send us a message at: [email protected].
