The Raknus Selu Trail stretches approximately 380 kilometers, extending from Longtan in Taoyuan to Dongshi in Taichung. Along the trail, historical remains such as camphor kilns and charcoal kilns can be found, recording the past of ethnic conflicts, trade exchanges, and cultural integration among the Hakka, Atayal, Saisiyat, and Pingpu indigenous peoples. Stepping onto the Raknus Selu Trail and traversing through the mountains and forests, you'll discover not only cultural and historical sites but also abundant natural scenery. Throughout the year, tung trees bloom profusely, fireflies twinkle in the night forests, and strawberry fields bear abundant fruit, each season offering a different spectacle.
